LIMBO 데이터 삭제 안내

이 안내는 공간·아티스트가 LIMBO 콘솔에서 인스타그램 계정을 연결한 경우, LIMBO가 받은 인스타그램 데이터를 삭제하는 방법을 설명합니다. LIMBO 회원 계정 전체의 삭제는 아래 「LIMBO 계정 전체 삭제」를 보세요.

LIMBO가 인스타그램에서 받는 데이터

인스타그램 계정을 연결하면 LIMBO는 다음 데이터를 받습니다.

  • 계정 정보: 인스타그램 사용자 ID, 사용자 이름(@아이디), 계정 이름, 계정 유형, 프로필 사진
  • 게시물 정보: 캡션, 이미지·영상, 게시물 링크, 게시 시각
  • 액세스 토큰

LIMBO는 이 데이터를 게시물에서 이벤트 후보를 찾아 공간이 확인하도록 하는 일과 공간 운영 여부 확인에만 씁니다. 판매하거나 광고에 쓰지 않습니다.

삭제하는 방법

방법 1. LIMBO 콘솔에서 연결 해제 (바로 삭제)

  1. https://limboart.com/console 에 로그인합니다.
  2. 「공간 프로필」로 이동합니다.
  3. SNS 항목의 인스타그램 「연결 해제」를 누르고 확인합니다.
  4. 액세스 토큰과 인스타그램에서 받아 온 게시물·계정 정보가 즉시 삭제됩니다.

방법 2. 인스타그램에서 LIMBO 권한 삭제

  1. 인스타그램 앱에서 프로필 → 메뉴(≡) → 설정 및 활동 → 웹사이트 권한 → 앱 및 웹사이트로 이동합니다.
  2. 「활성」 목록에서 LIMBO를 찾아 「삭제」를 누릅니다.
  3. LIMBO는 Meta로부터 권한 삭제 통지를 받으면 방법 1과 같은 데이터를 삭제합니다.

방법 3. 이메일로 요청

  1. contact@limboart.com 으로 제목 「인스타그램 데이터 삭제 요청」, 본문에 연결한 인스타그램 @아이디와 LIMBO 공간 이름을 적어 보냅니다.
  2. LIMBO는 요청자가 해당 공간 계정의 소유자인지 확인한 뒤 삭제합니다.
  3. 요청을 받은 날부터 30일 이내에 삭제하고, 삭제가 끝나면 이메일로 알립니다.

삭제되지 않는 것

  • 공간이 콘솔에서 직접 확인하고 공개한 이벤트는 공간이 등록한 콘텐츠로 남습니다. 이 이벤트는 콘솔 「이벤트」에서 공간이 직접 수정·삭제할 수 있습니다.
  • 법령에 따라 보관해야 하는 기록(예: 접속 기록)은 해당 기간이 지나면 파기합니다.

LIMBO 계정 전체 삭제

  • 앱: 설정 → 회원 탈퇴
  • 이메일: contact@limboart.com

탈퇴하면 인스타그램 연결 데이터를 포함한 계정 데이터가 개인정보처리방침에 따라 파기됩니다.

LIMBO Data Deletion Instructions

Effective date: October 30, 2026

These instructions explain how to delete the Instagram data that LIMBO receives when a space or artist connects an Instagram account in the LIMBO Console. To delete your entire LIMBO account, see “Deleting your LIMBO account” below.

Data LIMBO receives from Instagram

When you connect your Instagram account, LIMBO receives:

  • Account information: Instagram user ID, username, account name, account type, profile picture
  • Media information: captions, images and videos, permalinks, timestamps
  • Access token

LIMBO uses this data only to find event candidates in your posts for you to review in the Console, and to confirm that your space is active. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising.

How to delete your data

Option 1. Disconnect in the LIMBO Console (immediate)

  1. Sign in at https://limboart.com/console
  2. Go to “Space Profile”.
  3. In the SNS field, click “Disconnect” next to Instagram and confirm.
  4. Your access token and all posts and account information received from Instagram are deleted immediately.

Option 2. Remove LIMBO from Instagram

  1. In the Instagram app, go to Profile → Menu (≡) → Settings and activity → Website permissions → Apps and websites.
  2. Under “Active”, find LIMBO and tap “Remove”.
  3. When LIMBO receives the deauthorization notice from Meta, we delete the same data as in Option 1.

Option 3. Request by email

  1. Email contact@limboart.com with the subject “Instagram data deletion request”, including your connected Instagram username and your LIMBO space name.
  2. We verify that you own the space account, then delete the data.
  3. We complete the deletion within 30 days of receiving your request and notify you by email when it is done.

What is not deleted

  • Events that you reviewed and published in the Console remain as content registered by your space. You can edit or delete them yourself under “Events” in the Console.
  • Records we must keep by law (such as access logs) are deleted when the legal retention period ends.

Deleting your LIMBO account

  • App: Settings → Delete account
  • Email: contact@limboart.com

When you delete your account, your account data, including Instagram connection data, is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
